Prolific Performance Training is Co-Owned and operated by Kendrick Furness and Gennaro Cox. Both Furness and Cox are born and raised in our community. Furness was a standout athlete for North Myrtle Beach High School who went on to play football collegiately at Union College before earning the opportunity to play professionally in Europe. Cox is a National Championship Basketball Coach and State Champion Football Coach who has been a staple in our community for decades coaching multiple sports and impacting hundreds of lives through the Youth Programs that he has created.
We are an indoor training facility for youth athletes ranging from ages 5-19. We focus on EXPLOSIVE speed, strength, conditioning and fitness. Each of our training techniques are designed to give our youth the edge up to compete at high levels in ALL sports. Prolific Performance is dedicated to training our youth for a brighter tomorrow.
Prolific Performance Training's mission is deeply rooted in the belief that every student-athlete in our area deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. We are dedicated to educating, uplifting, and mentoring these young individuals, both on and off the field. We understand that success goes beyond athletic achievements and that holistic development is a vital key to success. As a community-driven organization, we recognize the importance of collective support. We aim to be a safe haven for our community, providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where student-athletes can thrive. We understand that it takes a village to raise a child, and we are committed to being that village for the youth in our area.
Give your aspiring athlete the building blocks they need to build the character, dedication, and healthy fundamentals of athletic development to become an Elite athlete. A strong foundational character of an Elite athlete is built in their earliest years. We teach discipline, dedication, and how to develop character through our foundations of strength training (stability, mobility, and structure) and fundamentals of athletic development. This includes run form technique, movement pattern mastery, mind-muscle connectivity and how to overall become more coachable.
